The bags are hand-made in the Philippines by experienced bag makers from Marikina and Rizal Areas.

Waxed canvas is a coated canvas which makes the material water resistant and more durable. This technique originated in Scotland which use for ship sails.

Simply choose your item and check out your cart. You then fill out the form with your details. You will then receive an email confirmation once payment has been made regarding your order status as well as how many days it will take to ship. It will contain a tracking number to track where your package is. For concerns, please send an email to gouachewaxedcanvas@gmail.com.

We have payment options, through bank deposit (BDO/BPI) or through Paypal.

Your order will be automatically cancelled if you’re unable to pay within 5 days after placing an order.

You will receive an email on how to proceed after placing an order. Once we receive payment, our staff will be emailing you a tracking number. Please be advised that we do not process orders during Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays. If you ordered your item passed 15:00 (Philippine time), this will be processed on the next working day.

METRO MANILA DELIVERIES For orders below Php 1,000, a flat shipping fee of Php 150.00 applies. For orders Php 1,000 and above (net of applicable discounts), shipping is FREE.

OUTSIDE METRO MANILA/ PROVINCIAL DELIVERIES A flat shipping fee of Php 200.00 applies for all orders outside Metro Manila.

For Stocked Items, lead time for Metro Manila deliveries is 2-4 days, while lead time for provincial orders is 4-7 days. Please contact us for rushed delivery requests.

For Pre-Order Items, please take note that they will take a bit longer to arrive compared to a regular stock item. Our lead time for pre-order items is 7-10 days.

For international orders, lead time is usually 6-7 working days shipping via DHL.

Waxed canvas is supposed to give that rugged look and it's unavoidable that your bag will encounter dirt. If you wish a cleaner look, just follow these few steps. Liquid castille soap is the best for this type of cleaning, but if that's not available, mild face or body soap can be an alternative cleaning agent. Avoid harsh detergent or anything that has bleach.

Water marks and crease marks are normal for waxed canvas but if you want a more polish look, just click on the video

Avoid storing your bag in a damp and humid environment to avoid mildew growth but if this already happened to your bag, just follow this video and your bag will be good as new. We used vinegar in this video, but you can also use hydrogen peroxide. Dampen cloth with hydrogen peroxide and pat the cloth on affected areas. Air dry or blow dry. Repeat the process if necessary.

For oil stains, an absorbing agent such as talcum powder or cornstarch may be applied to the stain for a couple of hours, then use a soft brush to clear away any excess powder.

For Ink stains need a few more supplies, but all can be found in most household cabinets. Mix toothpaste and baking soda. Apply to the canvas with a damp toothbrush and gently work into the material. Repeat a couple of times.

Don’t wax the inside of the bag. NEVER put your bag in a washing machine or send it to the dry cleaners You can also send us your bag for cleaning and rewaxing service for a small fee of Php 300.00 per bag. Rewaxing your bag once in a while will help keep its water-repellent quality.
